Try restarting the app by clicking Force Quit in the Apple menu or on the app's icon in the dock and if it doesn't help, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, describe the issue you are experiencing with PDF Expert.

Try opening this file in the Preview app - this is a standard macOS viewer that uses the same system component as our app.
