    Use Smart Search

    You can search for the needed information if your files have selectable and recognizable text. Our app currently offers two options for the smart search: 

    • Match Case - will find the specific letter combinations for you;
    • Whole Words - looks for the whole words only. 

    You can also clear older search results using the Clear Search History option. 

    While the version on Mac allows you to search in the current tab or all tabs, the iOS version of PDF Expert can search in text or thumbnails.
