Use callout, cloud, and stamp tools to add notes and comments quickly and neatly. Snapping will give your notes a neat structure. Special support for hardware keyboards will make text typing quick. All tools are WYSIWYG and you see the final result at any moment.

Use the arrow tool
- Open a file you’d like to work with.
- Tap the Redline tab at the top.
- Select the Arrow tool. You can select the color for the tool by tapping the color picker. By tapping the color picker, you also get access to other properties such as the arrow type, thickness, border style, and opacity.
- Tap where you want to insert an arrow.
- To move the arrow, tap and drag it.
- To resize or rotate the arrow, tap and hold, then drag one of the ends.
- To edit the arrow, tap it and select Properties in a pop-up menu.
- To remove the arrow, tap it and select Delete.
- Open a file you’d like to work with.
- Click the Redline tab at the top. If it's not there, click the Plus icon on the tabs bar and select Redline under More Tools.
- Select the Arrow tool. You can select the color for the tool by clicking the color picker. You also get access to other properties such as the arrow type, thickness, border style, and opacity.
- Click where you want to insert an arrow.
- To move the arrow, click on it and drag it with the mouse/trackpad.
- To resize or rotate the arrow, click on it, then drag one of the ends.
- To edit the arrow, click on it and use the options that appear on the sidebar
- To remove the arrow, click on it and press Delete on your keyboard.
Use the callout tool
to add text notes pointing to a specific object on a page.
- Open a file you’d like to work with.
- Tap the Redline tab at the top.
- Select the Callout tool. You can select the color for the tool by tapping the color picker. By tapping the color picker, you also get access to other properties such as the font and border settings.
- Tap where you want an arrow to point to, then drag to the place where you’d like to insert a callout.
- Type in your note.
- To move the callout, tap and hold it.
- To resize or rotate the callout, tap and hold, then drag one of the ends.
- To edit the callout, tap it and select Properties in a pop-up menu.
- To remove the callout, tap it and select Delete.
- Open a file you’d like to work with.
- Click the Redline tab at the top. If it's not there, click the Plus icon on the tabs bar and select Redline under More Tools.

- Type in your note.
- To move the callout, click on it and drag it by holding your cursor on the small arrows icon.
- To resize or rotate the callout, click on it, then drag one of the white points on the shape.
- To edit the callout, click on it and use the options on the sidebar.
- To remove the callout, click on it and press Delete on your keyboard.
Use the cloud tool
to draw attention to the areas that were changed or need to be updated.
- Open a file you’d like to work with.
- Tap the Redline tab at the top.
- Select the Cloud tool. You can select the color for the tool by tapping the color picker. By tapping the color picker, you also get access to other properties such as the cloud type, border settings, hatch patterns, fill color, and opacity.
- To move the cloud, tap and hold it.
- To resize or rotate the cloud, tap and hold, then drag one of the ends.
- To edit the cloud, tap it and select Properties in a pop-up menu.
- To remove the cloud, tap it and select Delete.
Note: To undo the changes, tap on the toolbar. If you need to redo your edits, tap and hold and select Redo.
