    Add, delete, and rearrange PDF pages

    PDF Expert offers you a variety of options you can carry out with your PDF file's pages - you can easily add new pages to PDF files as well as reorder, rotate, extract, or delete existing ones.

    How to add a new page to a PDF file

    Mac iPad iPhone
    1. Open your file.
    2. Go to Page Thumbnails at the upper left.
    3. Select Insert Page.
    4. To reorder pages, just hold and drag them.
    1. Open a document.
    2. Tap  at the top left.
    3. Tap Inserton the toolbar.
    4. Select what to add: a blank page or another file.

    How to delete pages in PDFs

    Mac iPad iPhone
    1. Open the file and go to  in the upper left.
    2. Select the needed page.
    3. Delete.
    1. Tap  at the top left.
    2. Tap Select at the top right.
    3. Choose the pages you want to delete.
    4. Tap Delete on the toolbar. 

    Tip: To undo any action in PDF Expert, tap on the toolbar.

    2. Tap Select at the top right.
    3. Choose the pages you want to delete.
    4. Tap Delete at the bottom.

    How to rearrange PDF pages

    Mac iPad iPhone
    1. Open the file in  view in the upper left.
    2. Select the page.
    3. Drag and drop the page to a new place.
    4. To select several pages, holding Shift key.
    1. Tap  at the top left.
    2. Tap and hold on a page thumbnail.
    3. Drag the page to the place where you want it to be.
    4. If you want to rearrange multiple pages, tap Select at the top right and choose the needed ones.
    1. Tap  at the bottom.
    2. Tap and hold on a page thumbnail.
    3. Drag the page to the place where you want it to be.
    4. If you want to rearrange multiple pages, tap Select at the top right and choose the desired ones.

    How to rotate pages in a PDF file

    Mac iPad iPhone
    1. Open the file in view in the upper left.
    2. Select the needed page.
    3. Choose Rotate.
    4. To batch rotate several pages, hold Shift key while selecting them.
    1. Tap  at the top left.
    2. Tap Select at the top right to choose multiple pages.
    3. Choose Rotate. You can also rotate pages with two fingers.
    1. Tap  at the bottom.
    2. Tap Select at the top right to choose multiple pages.
    3. On the top toolbar, tap Rotate. You can also rotate pages with two fingers.

    How to extract pages from a PDF file

    Mac iPad iPhone
    1. Open the file in view in the upper left.
    2. Select the needed page.
    3. Choose Extract. 
    4. Name your new file and choose where to save it. 

    Reverse the pages order in a PDF file

    You can reverse the order of pages in your PDF file easily with PDF Expert for Mac if you do this: go to Page Thumbnails > select all the pages previews with cmd+A > right click on one of the previews > choose Reverse.

    1. Tap  at the top left.
    2. Tap Select at the top right and choose the pages.
    3. Choose Extract.
    4. Name your new file and select where to save it.

    3. On the top toolbar, tap Extract.
    4. Name your new file and select where to save it.
