Note: PDF Expert for iPad supports filling out AcroForms created in Adobe Acrobat or other similar apps and Static XFA forms created in Adobe LiveCycle. DynamicLifeCycle (XFA) forms are not supported by the application.
In case no file can be opened or files look blank/broken, please restart the device; if the issue persists, please send this file and a crash log to us at firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Open the iOS Settings app > Privacy, scroll down and tap Analytics > Analytics data.
- Find the latest PDF Expert crash log and send it to us. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
If files open slowly, please provide us with a detailed log at email@example.com; try closing all tabs in the meantime. To send the detailed log:
- Open PDF Expert > Settings > Support > enable Detailed logging toggle.
- Recreate the issue.
- PDF Expert > Settings > Send Feedback.
