PDF Expert is not only an advanced app for viewing and working with already existing files - you can actually create PDFs of your own. Just a few simple steps and a brand new blank PDF is created from scratch.
How to create a PDF
- Launch the PDF Expert app.
- Go to the File menu at the top and click New.
- Select the needed option:
- Empty Document, which creates a blank PDF file from scratch;
- From Clipboard, which allows you to paste what you have copied to your clipboard to a new file;
- From Images, which converts an image to a PDF file;
- From File, which converts other file formats, like Pages, Word or Excel to PDF.
- Launch the PDF Expert app.
- Tap the blue Plus icon at the bottom.
- Select Blank PDF.

How to add blank pages to a PDF
- Open your file in PDF Expert.
- Go to Page Thumbnails at the upper left.
- Select Insert Page.
- To reorder pages, just hold and drag them.
Note: A new page gets inserted right after the existing page you select in the file.
- Open a document.
- Tap Page Thumbnails at the top left.
- Tap Insert on the toolbar.
- Select whether you want to add a new page or a file.
- To reorder pages, just hold and drag them manually.
- Open a file in PDF Expert.
- Tap Page Thumbnails at the bottom.
- Select Add at the bottom.
- Select whether you want to add a new page or a file.
- To reorder pages, just hold and drag them manually.
