While there is a one-time purchase option for PDF Expert for Mac, the PDF Expert Premium pack for iOS and the cross-platform app are subscription-based. This article will discuss how to check and manage your subscription status.
Check your subscription status or cancel
iOS App Store purchase
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
- Select PDF Expert. Here, you can see your subscription status.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see this option, it means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
Website purchase
- Open PDF Expert on Mac.
- Click PDF Expert in the upper left corner.
- Select View My Account.
- Tap Cancel.
You must cancel the trial/subscription at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid automatic charges.
To cancel this type of purchase from iPhone/iPad:
- Open PDF Expert on your iOS device.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Cancel near your plan.
Note: If you don’t see an option to cancel the subscription, it's already canceled and won't renew.
