Since we need to establish a stable connection to work with AI-based tools, Chat with PDF also requires several precautions that might influence the way it operates.
If something doesn't work, please:
- Disconnect from any VPN and/or disable your Firewall if they are enabled.
- To disable the Firewall on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings > click Network > Firewall > click the lock icon to unlock it > click Turn Off Firewall.
- Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using a mobile hotspot.
- If Chat responds with irrelevant information, please send us a sample file to rdsupport@readdle.com. If the file's size is too big for sending it over email, you can upload it to any cloud storage service and share a link with us - e.g., you can use the WeTransfer service.
