In case you need to reduce your file's size, no matter if it's for sending it out via email or just to save some space, Documents lets you optimize PDF files - you can select the desired quality and even see the size of the future file.
Note: This feature works only for the files saved locally. To reduce the size of the files saved on the cloud, please save them locally first. It's not possible to undo the process.
How to reduce the PDF's size
- Open your file.
- Tap More ... at the top right.
- Select Compress PDF.
- The compressed version of the file will be saved to the original's location.
Note: Some files can't be reduced - for instance, files that do not contain any images or were created with vector graphics.
