How to check and manage your subscription status

Once you upgrade to Documents Plus, you can always manage your subscription in the system settings of your device.

How to review your subscription

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top > Subscriptions.
3. Select Documents.

How to cancel the Documents Plus subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings of your device. You should do it at least one day prior to the billing date.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top > Subscriptions.
3. Select Documents.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see such an option, this means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
