You can use our built-in solution to convert your PDF files to other formats quickly and efficiently. This conversion capability greatly enhances document flexibility, allowing for easy content extraction, editing, and sharing across different platforms.

Convert to Image/Word in Action Menu and Extension
- Launch Documents and go to the folder your PDF file is stored in.
- Tap the three dots icon to open the Action Menu.
- Choose whether you want to convert your file to Word or Image.
- The converted file will be saved to the same location in the app.
Note: In case you want to convert a multi-page PDF file to Image, each page will be converted and saved separately, and a folder will be created automatically.
Alternatively, you can convert your PDF file to Word or Image via Extension:
- Open the file from any other app.
- Go to the Share menu.
- Tap Save to Documents.
- Choose to Convert to Word or Convert to Image.
Export to Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Text/Image in the PDF viewer
Right now, you can use our Export section of the PDF viewer in Documents to convert your PDF files to other formats. These are the available options:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Text
- Image
Follow these steps to use the feature:
- Launch the app and open any PDF file.
- Choose the Export tab on the Tools tabs.
- Choose the needed format.
- Choose if you want to save the converted file or share it.
