Documents offers you a variety of options you can carry out with your PDF file's pages - you can easily add new pages to PDF files as well as reorder, rotate, extract, or delete existing ones.
How to add a new page to a PDF file
- Open a file.
- Tap at the bottom.
- Select Addat the bottom.
- Choose what to add: a blank page or another file.
- Open a document.
- Tap at the top left.
- Tap Inserton the toolbar.
- Select what to add: a blank page or another file.
How to delete pages in PDFs
- Tap at the bottom.
- Tap Select at the top right.
- Choose the pages you want to delete.
- Tap Delete at the bottom.
Tip: To undo any action in PDF Expert, tap on the toolbar.
- Tap at the top left.
- Tap Select at the top right.
- Choose the pages you want to delete.
- Tap Delete on the toolbar.

How to rearrange PDF pages
- Tap at the bottom.
- Tap and hold on a page thumbnail.
- Drag the page to the place where you want it to be.
- If you want to rearrange multiple pages, tap Select at the top right and choose the desired ones.

How to rotate pages in a PDF file
- Tap at the bottom.
- Tap Select at the top right to choose multiple pages.
- On the top toolbar, tap Rotate. You can also rotate pages with two fingers.
- Tap at the top left.
- Tap Select at the top right to choose multiple pages.
- Choose Rotate. You can also rotate pages with two fingers.
How to extract pages from a PDF file
- Tap at the bottom.
- Tap Select at the top right and choose the pages.
- On the top toolbar, tap Extract.
- Name your new file and select where to save it.
- Tap at the top left.
- Tap Select at the top right and choose the pages.
- Choose Extract.
