Since we need to establish a stable connection in order to work with AI-based tools, Chat with PDF also requires several precautions that might influence the way it operates.
If something doesn't work, please:
- Disconnect from any VPN and/or disable your Firewall if they are enabled.
- To disable the Firewall on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings > click Network > Firewall > click the lock icon to unlock it > click Turn Off Firewall.
- Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using a mobile hotspot.
