If you have issues with viewing a specific email (links don’t work, attachments aren’t displayed, etc.), please follow the steps below.
- Open Spark Classic.
- Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
- Open Settings.
- Tick Detailed Logging.
- Open the email which isn’t displayed correctly.
- Click More on the top toolbar.
- Select Tools > Re-parse.
- Open this email again. If it still looks corrupted, select More > Tools > Send message data.
- In your message to our support team, describe the issues you have with this email.
- Click Send and we’ll get back to you soon.
