If you don’t receive any notifications from Spark, please check the notification settings in Spark and on your device.
First, check the notification settings on your Mac:
- Open System Settings > Notifications.
- Select Spark on the list.
- Tick the settings you wish.
Next, check if you have enabled notifications in Spark:
- Launch the app and click Spark at the top left of your screen.
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Select the needed account on the left.
- Tick All, or Smart.
To receive notifications, make sure Spark is open or running in the background. You won’t be able to receive notifications after quitting the app.
Note: If you use a corporate network, VPN, or proxy services, we recommend you contacting your system administrator and make sure Spark is allowed to send you push notifications on the server level.
