    Add and Remove Team Members

    Everybody in a team can invite new team members, and a team owner or admin in Spark can deactivate existing ones.

    Invite people to join your team

    Mac OSiOSAndroid
    1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen
    2. Select Teams.
    3. Choose a team and click Manage Team & Profile.
    4. On the Team Preferences page, select the Members tab at the top.
    5. Click Add members.
    6. Enter the email addresses of your teammates separated by commas, and click Send Invitations. Your colleagues will receive an invitation to join your team and download Spark if they don’t have it yet.
    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Teams.
    3. Select Manage Team.
    4. On the Team Preferences page, tap Members at the top.
    5. Tap Add members.
    6. Enter the email addresses of your teammates separated by commas, and tap Invite. Your colleagues will receive an invitation to join your team and download Spark if they don’t have it yet.
    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Tap Settings   at the bottom.
    3. Select Teams.
    4. Select Manage Team.
    5. On the Team Preferences page, tap Members at the top.
    6. Tap Add members.
    7. Enter the email addresses of your teammates separated by commas, and tap Invite. Your colleagues will receive an invitation to join your team and download Spark if they don’t have it yet.
    Note: You can invite an unlimited number of people to your team.

    Remove team members

    1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen
    2. Select Teams.
    3. Choose a team and click Manage Team & Profile.
    4. On the Team Preferences page, select the Members tab at the top.
    5. Find the person you want to remove (use the search field if needed).
    6. Click on the Admin/Member button on the right from the person’s email and choose Deactivate account.

    2. Open Settings > Teams.
    3. Select Manage Team.
    4. On the Team Preferences page, tap Members at the top.
    5. Find the person you want to remove (use the search field if needed).
    6. Tap the Admin/Member button on the right from the person’s email and choose Deactivate account.

    2. Tap Settings   at the bottom.
    3. Select Teams.
    4. Select Manage Team.
    5. On the Team Preferences page, tap Members at the top.
    6. Find the person you want to remove (use the search field if needed).
    7. Tap the Admin/Member button on the right from the person’s email and choose Deactivate account.
    Note: You can activate it again when you want this person to come back to the team.

    Leave a team

    1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen
    2. Select Teams.
    3. Choose a team and click Manage Team & Profile.
    4. On the Team Preferences page, select Leave team. You can’t undo this action.

    2. Open Settings > Teams.
    3. Select Manage Team.
    4. On the Team Preferences page, tap Leave team. You can’t undo this action.
    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Tap Settings   at the bottom.
    3. Select Teams.
    4. Select Manage Team.
    5. On the Team Preferences page, tap Leave team. You can’t undo this action.
    Note: You can’t leave a team you have created; you can only delete it.
