Turn an email into your Trello card
- Open the email needed.
- Click More on the toolbar at the top and select Trello.
- By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options: link or PDF. Both options cause the body of the email to appear in the card’s Description section. The PDF option additionally creates a PDF copy of the email in the Attachments section.
- Tick ‘include attachment’ if there is an attachment in this email you’d like to add to the Trello card. It will appear in the Attachments section.
- Select a board and a list for this card.
- Click Save at the top right.
Note: There is an overall email size limit (above 10MB including attachments) that will prevent emails from being turned into cards
