2Do & Spark integration

2Do is a smart to-do list manager app that provides users with simple productivity tools to keep up with projects, tasks, and deadlines. Learn how to connect 2Do to Spark Classic and turn your emails into tasks below.

Connect 2Do to Spark

1. Open an email and click More   on the toolbar at the top > Add Service.
2. Select 2Do and click Connect.

Or:

1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to the Services tab.
4. Choose 2Do and click Connect.

Turn an email into a task

1. Open the email needed.
2. Click More  on the toolbar at the top and select 2Do.
3. By default, the Subject of the email is offered as a title of the task. Click the title to change it.
4. Choose export options: link or Email.
5. Set a Due date.
6. Click Save at the top right.

Remove a connected service

1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
2. Select Settings > Services.
3. Under Connected Services, click 2Do.
4. Select Log Out at the bottom right.
