    Asana & Spark

    Asana helps teams organize and plan workflows, projects and keep everything on schedule. With Spark & Asana integration it’s easy to turn emails into tasks right from the app - learn how to do it below.

    Connect Asana to Spark

    Mac OSiOS
    1. Open an email and click More   on the toolbar at the top > Add Service.
    2. Select Asana and click Connect.
    3. Follow the onscreen instructions to log in.

    Or:

    1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Go to the Services tab.
    4. Choose Asana and click Connect.
    5. Follow the onscreen instructions to log in.
    1. Open an email and tap More   on the toolbar at the bottom > Add Service.
    2. Select Asana and follow the onscreen instructions to log in.

    Or:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Tap Add Service and select Asana.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log in.

    Note: Connected Services don 't sync between devices. If you want to use Asana with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.

    Turn an email into a task

    Mac OSiOS
    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click More on the toolbar at the top and select Asana.
    3. By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
    4. Tick ‘include attachment’ if you’d like to add it to the task. It will appear in the Attachments section as well as a PDF copy of the letter.
    5. Select the Workspace, Project and Assignee for this task.
    6. Add remark if needed. It will appear in the Description section of the task.
    7. Click Save at the top right.
    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Tap More on the toolbar at the bottom and select Asana.

    4. Select the Workspace, Project and Assignee for this task.
    5. Add remark if needed. It will appear in the Description section of the task.
    6. Tap Save at the top right.

    With Spark for Teams, you can streamline your team communication and project management with private chat and email export. All of your private team discussions will happen in Spark where you can agree on tasks and then export them to Asana to track progress on their completion.

    Remove a connected service

    Mac OSiOS
    1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
    2. Select Settings > Services.
    3. Under Connected Services, click Asana.
    4. Select Log Out at the bottom right.
    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services > Asana.
    3. Tap Remove Account.
