Sometimes the advanced Pro features are unavailable, so if you've purchased the app, please make sure that you're using the same Apple ID and try following these steps:
- Launch Scanner Pro.
- Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
If that doesn't work, you should refresh your App Store account settings. Here’s how:
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your Account icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Sign Out.
- Restart your device.
- Sign back in to your App Store account.
- After logging back in, open Scanner Pro again, go to Settings > Subscriptions, and tap Restore Purchase again.
If you are using a different or new Apple ID, please note that Apple doesn't allow transferring purchases between Apple IDs. To access your Scanner Pro Plus features, you must use the same Apple ID you used for your original purchase.
To see if Scanner Pro is listed under your Purchases, you can just follow the steps in this Apple Support article.
If you don’t see Scanner Pro, it might have been bought with a different Apple ID. In that case, please log in with the correct account to access your Plus features.
Once you're signed in with the correct Apple ID, please do this:
- Launch Scanner Pro.
- Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
This should help you regain access to all your Plus features.
