If your scans aren't captured automatically, please make sure that Auto-capture is selected in the bottom menu when scanning a new document. You can find more details on how to use this mode here.
If the option is enabled but the issue persists, please try force restarting your iPhone or iPad to refresh the settings and rule out any temporary issues.
If this doesn’t help, please check that the default page size is set to Auto by following these steps:
- Open Scanner Pro.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Scanning.
- Select Default Page Size.
- Choose Auto.
