Auto Name in Scanner Pro

Scanner Pro can process your scans on the go and suggest an Auto Name for your document right away, based on the categorization process. 

Prerequisites

Here are the prerequisites for using this feature: 

• An active Scanner Pro subscription on your device
• AI Capabilities toggle enabled in Scanner Pro Settings
• Auto Name toggle enabled in Scanner Pro Settings > Scanning > Default Name 

How to use Auto Name

You can follow these steps once you have all the conditions met: 

1. Launch Scanner Pro. 
2. Tap the Camera button to start scanning. 
3. Once you create a new scan, a name for it will be suggested automatically. 
4. If you want to change it, you can tap the name at the top of the screen. 
5. Tap Save once you're done. 

You can also open any of your existing scans and get a suggestion for the Auto Name; for this, follow the steps below: 

1. Launch Scanner Pro. 
2. Open any of the existing scans. 
3. Tap the scan's name at the top of the screen. You will see a badge icon there.
4. Choose the Rename to option from the list.
