The ability to quickly transfer data is as important as the ability to create scans, and Scanner Pro offers a variety of options. If there are no suitable apps under the Export button, you can still find a way to pass your documents to someone else, and that’s when the Share Link tool comes in handy.
A unique link is created for the selected scans – you can upload files up to 50 MB, and the link will remain active for 7 days; this gives the recipient time to download the file. Here’s how you can create a shareable link:
- Make sure that you have a stable network connection.
- Select the document you want to share – you can choose multiple files.
- Tap Export at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Share Link.
- Choose an app where you want to share the link. You can also AirDrop it.
Tip: You can use the Scanner Pro Share Link feature to send any documents in a number of formats. It can be one document, multiple files batch, or a selection of pages from one document.
