Smart Categories

Smart Categories is a Scanner Pro feature that automatically sorts & organizes your documents into categories. 

Every time you create a new scan, Scanner Pro automatically labels the document based on its contents into one of the following categories:

• Receipt
• Invoice or Bill
• Form
• Letter
• ID
• Business Card
• Book or Magazine
• Music Sheet
• Paper Note
• Other

If the app gets it wrong, you can always manually choose the correct category - here's how:

1. Open Scanner Pro. 
2. Tap the scan you'd like to change the category for. 
3. Tap the current category at the bottom left. 
4. Choose a new category that better suits this scan. 

Smart Categories also make your search experience so much more efficient - here's how you can search for certain categories of files: 

1. Open Scanner Pro. 
2. Tap the Search field at the top. 
3. Select the scan category you need to search for right under the search field.
