We know how frustrating it can be when calendar events go missing — especially if you rely on them to keep your day on track.
When Calendars by Readdle syncs directly with your iPhone’s built-in Calendar app, any issues there will also affect what you see in our app.
We’ve found that missing events usually originate in the native iOS Calendar app, which is why they might not appear in Calendars by Readdle. To help with this, we have prepared some troubleshooting steps you can try, as they often help restore the missing events:
- Open iOS Settings on your iPhone > tap your Apple ID at the top > iCloud > Saved to iCloud, and make sure Calendars (iOS native app) is turned on.
- Check that your iCloud account has enough free storage space.
- Open the iOS native Calendar app on your iPhone > tap Calendars at the bottom > swipe down from the top of the screen to refresh.
Apple also has a helpful guide on recovering missing calendar events, which provides additional solutions.
If your events are still missing after trying these steps, the best next step is to reach out to Apple Support directly so they can investigate further.
We hope this helps you get everything back in place quickly.
