What is the Mindful Productivity Masterclass?
The Mindful Productivity Masterclass is a one-time, optional upgrade for anyone who wants to take their use of the Calendars app to the next level - building stronger habits, improving focus, and mastering time management.
Here’s what’s included:
- 20 bite-sized lessons packed with science-backed strategies for time management, prioritization, and habit-building
- Practical steps inside Calendars that help you immediately put these techniques into action
Two exclusive features — Habit Tracker and Personal Reflections — are designed to give you deeper insights and keep your productivity on track
The course is built around five core areas:
- Deep Productivity: master prioritization and make the most of your time.
- Focus: strengthen your attention and cut out distractions.
- Emotions: manage stress and build lasting resilience.
- Body & Brain: support your energy, performance, and overall well-being.
- Habits: build routines that truly stick and support your goals.
Before starting the lessons, you will take a short quiz that will highlight your strengths and areas for improvement.

How to work with the Mindful Productivity Masterclass
To activate the course and get access to the lessons, follow these steps:
- Launch Calendars on your iPhone.
- Tap the three lines icon at the top left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
- Activate the Mindful Productivity Masterclass.
After a short quiz, you will start with setting up your lessons:

Choose the convenient schedule for the course - each new lesson unlocks only when its day arrives. We believe this “one step at a time” approach is the best way to absorb insights from the masterclass and apply them thoughtfully.
You can change the time slot of the lesson - simply drag and drop the event on the timeline in your calendar. The lesson will still be unlocked only on the day it was initially planned for.
The Mindful Productivity Masterclass progress can be easily tracked under the three lines icon, as well as on the sidebar.

After every completed lesson, a short summary will be generated together with the action points for you:

Tap Put It Into Practice under the Lesson Summary to apply the tips from the video and turn the insights into real actions.
