Planner is a control center for all your tasks - this is the main hub for your task lists. It is fully integrated with Apple Reminders and Google Tasks.
Quick Scheduler⚡️enables easy scheduling of all your tasks and to-dos. You can save time by managing everything in one place. It shows all your lists and tasks in one place to give you a more detailed overview. Also, this is a tool for dropping your tasks on the timeline on the go.
How it works
Right now, you can use Planner and Quick Scheduler⚡️ both on your iPhone and Mac to keep the tasks in sync.
Here’s how you can use Quick Scheduler⚡️:
- Launch the app and tap the lightning icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Your Task Lists will open, you can use swipes to navigate them.
- You can create new tasks or shortcuts here, as well as tap on them and drag and drop them on your timeline to schedule a task right away.

Once you drop the task on your timeline, you will get a notification that your Task is Scheduled, and you can tap Undo if needed.

You will also see the Planner section in the upper right corner of the screen when you launch the app:
- Launch the app and tap Planner in the upper right.
- You will see available Lists here. You can also Add a new list.
- Use the Search bar to search for your tasks if needed.
- Tap and hold on your lists to Remove from Quick Scheduler⚡️, Edit List, Change List Color, or Delete List.
How to manage task lists
You can manage the Lists you have in both the Quick Scheduler⚡️ tab and your Planner tab.
- Open all your Lists with a single tap on the Lightning icon ⚡️
- Navigate the lists by swiping them, edit the lists, and create tasks right from this tab
- Search for tasks, add new Lists, and edit them in the Planner tab
- Uncheck the List to Remove it from Quick Scheduler⚡️

Shortcuts
A great way to organize your calendar is also to use Shortcuts - these are custom templates for events you use frequently.
Create a routine with Shortcuts and customize it with emojis, and later you can drag and drop these templates to schedule events.
Shortcuts have a default duration of 1 hour, but you can adjust the time and tailor it according to your needs.

- Click Planner at the top right.
- Choose if you want to go to Plans or Shortcuts.
- Under Plans, you will see all available Lists.
- Under three dots, you get these options to choose from: Show Completed, Check All Tasks, Uncheck All Tasks, Delete Completed.
- Click Add a new task.
- Set the duration for it, if needed.
- Drag and drop the task to your calendar.
