What is Personal Reflections?
If you want to pay closer attention to your daily activities and how impactful they are in your life, the Personal Reflections tool is a great way to start tracking the trends:
- Keep track of your energy level, mood, or the amount of stress, depending on the events you have in your calendar
- Use these statistics to plan your activities accordingly in a way that works best for you
- Apply the knowledge and insights you gain from our Mindful Productivity Masterclass

How to use Personal Reflections
This feature becomes available once you start the Mindful Productivity Masterclass; you receive lifetime access to Personal Reflections - here’s how to get started:
- Launch the Calendars app on your iPhone.
- Create a new event or open an existing one.
- Scroll down to the Personal Reflections section.
- Choose your Mood, Energy, and Stress level for this event.
- Tap Save.

You can also rely on a smart reminder when it’s time to reflect on the events.

Adjust the Settings to your liking: manage reminders, date and time, and choose your Calendars to Reflect.

The statistics on your mood, stress, and energy levels are presented in a clear, user-friendly format that is easy to understand.
