Need to juggle several calendars at once? With Calendars Pro, you can add multiple accounts and see them all in one place.
To add multiple accounts to Calendars, just follow these steps:
On your iPhone or iPad, follow these instructions:
- Open Calendars.
- Tap the three-lines icon in the top left corner (skip this step on your iPad).
- Go to Settings > Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, select the type of account you’d like to add (for example, Google), and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Repeat these steps for each account you want to add.

On macOS, follow these steps:
- Open the Calendars app.
- Click Calendars in the Menu Bar at the top.
- Select Preferences > click the + Add Account button.
- Choose the account type (for instance, Google) and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Repeat these steps for all your accounts.
