To sync Calendars for Mac with an Outlook account, tap Outlook when launching Calendars for the first time, then follow the onscreen instructions. And here's how you can add an Outlook account later on:
- Open the Calendars app.
- Click Calendars in the Menu Bar at the top.
- Select Settings > + Add account button.
- Click Outlook and follow the onscreen instructions.
Note: You can use the ⌘, shortcut to access the Calendars settings.
- Open iOS Settings > Calendar > Accounts.
- Tap Add Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Open Calendars > Menu icon > Settings > Local Calendars.
- Enable the Display Local Calendars toggle.
- Enable your account’s toggle.
